Requests having the following characteristics:
1. Matters in which the petitioner does not correct or add to the complaint within the time period. or unable to contact the complainant
2. The matter in which the complainant has had his or her suffering and injustice resolved or has received appropriate compensation for damages.
3. Matters in which the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition or the petitioner dies or is an incompetent person or a quasi-incompetent person or a person who has disappeared according to court order without an heir or guardian Or the guardian took his place. and further consideration will not be in the general interest of the nation and the people.
4. Matters that the National Human Rights Commission has considered and no new evidence or facts have appeared that may change the results of the consideration.
5. Any other reasons that the request should not be accepted for examination.
