Announcement of the Office of the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand Subject: Measures to support public services during surveillance and prevention of the disease outbreak of COVID-19
            According to the Announcement of the Office of the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand dated 20 March 2020 on urgent measures to monitor and prevent the disease outbreak of COVID-19 in order to comply with the Cabinet Resolution on 17 March 2020, which approved urgent measures to prevent the disease outbreak as proposed by the Minister of Public Health by encouraging the use of the internet such as teleconferencing to allow personnel to work at home. Therefore, the Office of the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand allows the staff members to work at home from 13.00 hrs. of 20 March 2020 until 27 March 2020 in compliance with the conditions specified by the Directors of the Bureaus or Unit. For the benefits of public, the Office of the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand wishes to inform as follows:
            1. Complaints can be submitted in person at the Office of the National Human Rights http://www.nhrc.or.th/Complaints/Online- complaints.aspx, or make a direct phone call to the Director of Complaint Screening and Human Rights Protection Coordination Unit at 061 427 748.
            2. Administrative contact regarding official documents or transaction andprocurement works can be contacted at the Office of the National Human Rights Commission ofThailand.
