South East Asia National Human Rights Institutions Forum (SEANF)

The Southeast Asia National Human Rights Institutions Forum (SEANF), is a sub-regional network of six National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs) namely the Indonesian National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM), the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (SUHAKAM), the Commission on Human Rights of the Philippines (CHRP), the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand (NHRCT) and Provedor de Direitos Humanos e Justica (PDHJ) of Timor Leste.

As a sub-regional network, SEANF seeks to promote and protect human rights in South East Asia through collaborative framework – undertake joint projects or activities to address issues of common concern such as human trafficking, migrant workers, statelessness, business and human rights, as well as Indigenous Peoples.
